• January District 38 meeting will be held on Thursday, Jan 2 at 6:30pm instead of the usual Wednesday.

 

November 2024

• The Gratitude Dinner will be on November 11, 2024, at the United Methodist Church 500 Jamestown Road Williamsburg, VA 23185. Volunteers willing to help day of event should show up early. Fellowship from 5:00pm-6:00pm and dinner to follow. Intergroup is providing stuffing and mashed potatoes along with water and coffee. Asking homegroups to provide a turkey or ham cooked and delivered to church by 5:30pm and volunteers will carve and plate. Everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite side dish or dessert. • The WAI Nominating Committee is tasked with finding people who are willing to serve as WAI Chair, Alternate Chair, Treasurer and Secretary for the upcoming two years. We hope to find at least two nominees for each position, per the bylaws. The next meeting of the Nominating Committee will be on Wednesday November 6, at the WAI office at 5:30PM prior to district monthly meeting.
